BAMC Mission

Throughout the entire year we collect a whole list of products for our wounded/recovering veterans at Brooke Army Medical Center.  We are including the list in this newsletter once again. As another piece of this mission project periodically throughout the year we host Bingo Nights for the service men and women and their families.  As part of this we provide 30 pizzas and salad.  This costs about $300 each time.  To date members of our church have always voluntarily come forth to cover this cost. We support our troops and their families.

To show your support for our troops, visit the website www.LetsSayThanks.com, pick out a thank-you card, Xerox will print it for free, and it will be sent to a soldier who is currently serving in Iraq.  Although you can't pick out who gets it, it goes to a member of the armed services.  Those brave men and women deserve some thanks.  If you have a moment and are interested, say "thank you" with a card!
